Due to their low losses and high saturation (1.2T), they are probably the ideal solution for high power applications. The current trend in electronic devices to work at higher switching frequencies potentially allows a large reduction in size and weight of equipment, requiring optimal performance of magnetic components at medium frequencies (1 to 50 kHz).
ELESA, with its own core cutting system is able to ensure minimum losses in that frequency range, along with an initial permeability value above 10,000.
ELESA can manufacture cut cores of toroidal and rectangular shapes with one or several cuts. The range of applications is quite wide, but it is perhaps the ideal choice for industries such as the railway industry, renewable energies and smart grids, as well as for fast chargers for electric vehicles.
