These are cores of laborious construction as they are a C-shaped core made up of two rectangular cores joined together to form the three columns of the three-phase system.
Their particular shape requires the use of special tools to prevent deformation during the annealing process.
For cut cores, the accuracy in the cutting height requires a positioning tool in the machine to avoid any possible deviation from the maximum allowable tolerance.
